It is with great pleasure to announce the election of our partner Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M., to the Board of Directors of the German-Polish Chamber of Industry and Commerce as well as the election of our colleague Tomasz Baron, LL.M. as arbitrator of the Arbitration Board at the AHK Poland.
On Friday 2 June 2023, the General Assembly of AHK Poland in Warsaw elected a new Board of Directors and we are proud to announce that Dominik Wagner is one of the new members. He will bring his extensive experience and expertise to the board and further strengthen the economic relations between Germany and Poland.
At the same time, Tomasz Baron, LL.M., another key member of our Poland Competence Team and a lawyer in our Katowice office, has taken up the position of arbitrator at the Arbitration Board of AHK Poland. This important role ensures fair and equitable decisions in disputes and we are confident that Tomasz Baron will perform his duties with the highest professionalism and integrity.
Dominik and Tomasz's appointments are testament to their exceptional work and commitment to Polish-German cooperation.
The work as a member of the AHK Board of Directors and as an arbitrator of the AHK Arbitration Board is voluntary and we thank Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M. and Tomasz Baron for their willingness to make this important contribution to strengthening bilateral business relations.
