Your Career

We are a team of young and committed lawyers, acting with enthusiasm and placing emphasis on trustful everyday cooperation.

Our clients are national and international companies as well as individuals. The strategic focus of our work lies on the fields of assets and tax law, corporate law, transportation law, IP, distribution law and employment law.  A large part of our engagements have cross-border aspects and we are particularly active in the German-Polish legal sector. Because of a permanent rise in demand for our counselling the number of lawyers working for TIGGES has grown constantly over the last years.

We want to continue this growth – but not by all means. Thus, we want this growth to take place in an atmosphere affected by

  • fun at work
  • flat hierarchies
  • trustful teamwork and
  • highest demands for the quality of our professional service.

Trainees welcome!

You would like to work on exciting matters, take on challenging tasks and get to know the atmosphere, the working day and the career opportunities in a medium-sized law firm, which attaches particular importance to trustful teamwork?

It is a basic principle of our law firm to recruit new young lawyers out of the ranks of our trainees. Thus, trainee applications are always welcome here.

We take the education of our trainees as well as the career entry of our young lawyers very seriously. You can expect not only an excellent working atmosphere and individual coaching, but also a well-endowed library and a workplace equipped with newest technology. Thus, you can not only join our lawyers in attending to demanding national and international clients, but also participate in scientific publications. Whenever possible, we enable a direct contact to our clients for our trainees.

We are looking forward to applicants with degrees with distinction (at least equivalent to the German grade "vollbefriedigend") and good language skills in English or Polish.

Our expectations of ourselves and also of you are high. We are willing to invest a lot of commitment in your education. If this also applies to you, we should get to know each other.

Trainees are welcome during their stages, but also if they want to experience the daily work in a law firm over a longer period of time doing part time work.
