For over 88 years, the company has been a trusted partner for customized plastic solutions, serving renowned clients across various industries. The buyer, Artemis Capital Partners GmbH, is a private equity firm based in Munich.
The advisory services included full legal and tax support throughout the sale process of both the German and Polish group companies.
