Düsseldorf, December 12, 2023 - KENO GmbH, a subsidiary of the Polish KENO Group, a leading distributor and manufacturer of complete photovoltaic systems and heat pumps, has signed its first rental agreement in Germany for a new logistics and administration property built to high sustainability standards in Hilden near Düsseldorf. The long-term commercial lease agreement concluded with project developer LogProject has a volume of EUR 16 million. The TIGGES real estate / commercial rental competence team advised KENO Energy comprehensively on this project.
Since its expansion into the German market and its foundation, KENO Energy has been supported in all relevant legal and tax issues by the TIGGES Poland competence team and TIGGES Tax. The long-term settlement is a significant step in the expansion of the activities of the dynamically growing company and is of particular importance for the German market against the backdrop of the pressing issues of the energy transition in Germany.
