This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen Grinta Media's market position and expand its presence in the international market.
Since its establishment in 2018, Grinta Media has made a name for itself by providing skilled professionals such as chief editors, image editors, item directors, editors, assistant directors, and slow-motion and autocue operators for sports, news, and entertainment productions. With a dedicated team of 37 employees, Grinta Media has made significant contributions to the TV industry and established itself as a reliable partner.
Argus Productions, known for its international engagement with employees in Germany and Belgium, brings 80 highly qualified employees to the partnership. This expansion allows Grinta Media to act as an influential player in the TV personnel services segment and to support its customers even more comprehensively in the future. This transaction makes Grinta Media an even stronger content partner.
The acquisition was supported by a four-member team of industry and M&A experts from the TIGGES law firm, who provided comprehensive advice and support to Grinta Media throughout the entire sales process regarding the German aspects of the transaction.
