Düsseldorf, 1. Juli 2020 - TIGGES strengthens its competence team Transport & Logistics at the Düsseldorf office with the new Of Counsel Dr. Frank Wilting, specialist lawyer for transport and forwarding law and administrative law.
Dr. Wilting has been advising national and international companies in the railway and forwarding sector in his own law firm for 12 years, focusing on private and public railway law, contract law, transport law and commercial tenancy law. In addition, he represents insurers and vehicle owners in the enforcement of their claims in railway accident cases. Before joining his own law firm, he worked for many years in leading positions in the railway industry, among others, and therefore has extensive practical experience.
With Dr. Wilting, the Transport & Logistics Practice Group grows to seven lawyers. The team advises domestic and international logistics companies and carriers on all transport law matters. This concerns in particular freight transport by rail, road, air and multimodal transport chains.
