Düsseldorf, 31 October 2025 – TIGGES has provided comprehensive legal advice to the European real estate developer VGP on the acquisition of the factory site of Kabel Premium Pulp & Paper GmbH in Hagen.
VGP, a leading owner, operator, and developer of high-quality logistics and industrial real estate as well as a provider of renewable energy solutions, plans to gradually transform the approximately 280,000 m² site into a modern business and industrial park. The area, located just about 20 minutes from Dortmund city centre, will in the future accommodate companies from the production, light industrial, and logistics sectors.
The project marks VGP's first land acquisition in North Rhine-Westphalia and underscores the strategic importance of the region for the company's continued growth. The TIGGES team's advice covered the legal structuring of the acquisition, contract negotiations, and real estate due diligence.
