Maximilian Kulesza, LL.B. is a business law graduate and has been working for TIGGES Rechtsanwälte since July 2007. He advises German and Polish clients in matters of receivables management and enforcement of Polish and German enforcement titles.

    After successfully completing his training as a legal asisstent (Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellter), Mr Kulesza began working at TIGGES Rechtsanwälte in 2007 and completed further training as a legal officer (Rechtsfachwirt) in 2009. He has been the firm‘s office manager since 2010 and managing director of the subsidiary JurCapital GmbH since 2013.

    In 2015, he completed his studies (part-time) in business law. His Bachelor‘s thesis dealt with the enforcement of Polish judgments in Germany.

    He is also a certified compliance officer (Viadrina Compliance Center of the European University Viadrina).

    In 2022, he graduated from Saarland University with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) specialising in business law for corporate practice.

    Maximilian Kulesza is also an honorary commercial judge at the Düsseldorf Regional Court and a member of the examination board of the Düsseldorf Bar Association for paralegals.
