Our partner Michael Niermann was a speaker at the Personnel Working Group of the Association DIE GÜTERBAHNEN and provided a comprehensive overview of key issues for HR managers in an EE (Energy Undertaking/Railway Undertaking) – ranging from paid breaks to permissible working hours, working hour overruns, and standby duties, right up to insurance coverage.
