Ms. Devora Kacheva is a Senior Associate at TIGGES. As a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, Ms. Kacheva advises companies in the real estate industry in the context of project development. She assists our clients in contract drafting and negotiation. A key focus of her work involves coordinating various contracts in the context of project realization, such as real estate acquisition agreements, project support agreements, architect and construction contracts, and lease agreements.

Another focus of her work lies in accompanying transactions (Asset Deal and Share Deal) and conducting due diligence reviews.

In addition, Ms. Kacheva stands by our clients in conflict resolution and, when necessary, represents their interests in court.
